If you need to cancel your order because of any issue, contact our team immediately. We will be more than happy to help walk through the cancellation and process your refund.
Can I change the Product or the size of the Product after placing the order?
A Product or the size of the Product can only be changed within 12 hours from placing your order by contacting us at store@strab.co.uk.
We can change the details of the order as long as the order has not been shipped or has not proceeded past the point in production where these details can be changed.
You can return the Product within 30 days of receiving your order without having to give any reason

Do you ship internationally?
Expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days in the United States and within 2 to 14 working days to the countries indicated on our shipping list. Keep in mind, our prices don’t include any import duties or extra fees that your destination country may apply.
Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.
Please ensure to provide a correct shipping address to avoid any additional delays.

Why is my order not being delivered in the estimated time?
Missing Package(s) or Item(s)?
If you have an item missing from your order, start by double-checking the items you selected when placing your order. You can review your order details in your account or your confirmation email.
If it’s been over 24 hours since your package was marked as delivered and you still haven’t received it, or if an item is missing from your package, we’re here to assist. Simply contact our support team via store@strab.co.uk.
Please note BetterMe does not hold responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.

How do I return something if I need to?
We’re happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition that have proof of purchase. You have to return them within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you receive an item that’s different from what you ordered, please feel free to contact our support team for help. They’ll make sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible. It may take up to 24-48 hours to process your request.
What can I return?
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. In order to receive a full refund, products must be returned in suitable packaging. The items must not be used, worn, or damaged, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Please note: Subject to your right to cancel and your statutory rights, certain products, such as underwear opened from its original packaging may be excluded from return.

You must meet all the following conditions:
You need to contact us at store@strab.co.uk indicating the following details: name; order number; reason for refund; and
Return the Product in brand new condition, including all parts included in its original state, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Apparel shall have the original tags attached and shall be unwashed and unworn.
Please note that depending on your location, we may not refund original shipping charges.
Will I be notified about the refund?
After we receive your request, you’ll get a confirmation email. We’ll then process your refund within 5 business days.

The Free 30-Day Strab Ltd Health Coaching Membership is an offer of complimentary 30-day access to BetterMe: Health & Coaching for first-time users. In the app, you will find various home workout programs and exercises, meal plans, progress trackers, and certified coaches to guide and support you. The promo code grants the free access exclusively for first-time applications on our mobile app. You can select your preferred subscription plan upon app onboarding, which will then commence automatically. Following the free period, the selected subscription will automatically renew according to the chosen plan’s cycle and rate until it is canceled. Detailed instructions for applying your promo code are provided in the email accompanying your code.
